Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of our strategy.
Drive the internal transformation program.
Work closely with senior leadership.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools.
Support the MEA Sales Directors in identifying new business opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and business units.
Continuously evaluate the BI landscape and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Strategic Roles, Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within complex, multinational organizations.
Excellent knowledge of organizational transformation and change management processes.
Strong project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a EMEA or multinational environment.
Fluent in English; additional European/Arabic languages are a plus.
