Responsibilities
- Advise and support project managers and their teams on architectural decisions.
- Oversee the design and delivery phases of IT systems and solutions.
- Maintain a coherent overall view of systems and network infrastructure.
- Conduct in-depth technical analyses and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment between technological and strategic aspects.
- Produce architecture documentation (diagrams, specifications, models) according to established standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and the standardization of architectural practices.
Requirements
- University degree (bachelor’s) in information technology or a related field recognized by MÉLS (or comparative evaluation by MIFI for foreign diplomas).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a role directly related to solutions architecture.
- At least 8 years of experience as an architecture advisor.
- Participation in 3 major projects (over 5,000 person-days each) as an architecture advisor.
- Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD, SAFe).
- Excellent command of ArchiMate and BPMN tools and standards.
- Expertise in at least 3 of the following technical domains and functional understanding of the others: system design and architecture, programming and development, cloud services, cybersecurity, integration, networking, analytics, databases and storage, DevOps, artificial intelligence.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deliverables, and maintain a high level of quality.
- Proven skills in interdisciplinary collaboration and solving complex problems.
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured technical documents and architecture diagrams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technology choices with organizational objectives.
- Ability to effectively manage project budgets and resources.
