Responsibilities
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, support and education for patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a general nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or licensed nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care advantageous but not required
- Completed additional training as a wound expert or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patient needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Driver’s license (class B)
