About the role
- Wundmanager providing professional care for chronic wounds in a growing specialized service. Collaborating with patients and their families, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, support and education for patients and their family members
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing patient/client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a nurse (registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional)
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- A reliable and responsible approach to work
- Driver's license (Class B)
