Responsibilities
Ensure alignment between global innovation strategy and regional commercial priorities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
10-15 years of experience in brand management, innovation, or marketing leadership.
Knowledge – Consumer packaged goods.
Skills – Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Experience working with global or multi-market teams.
