Responsibilities
We will onboard you and introduce you to our processes so you’re involved from day one, not just observing.
Networking: You will actively manage relationships with existing client companies to anticipate future needs, generate current market insights, and optimize customer accounts.
Development: Together with colleagues from Sales and HR, you will be trained into a fully rounded Customer Success Manager and develop your prospects for a potential permanent role with us.
As soon as you’re ready, you can begin your own CSM career.
Ownership: Initiate your own projects and contribute across other areas. We welcome innovative ideas that help us move forward together! Pick topics you’re passionate about and drive new ideas and processes.
Requirements
You are a enrolled university student (m/f/d).
Degree program? It doesn’t matter — what counts is that you’re communicative, empathic, and have the right drive.
You have gained initial work experience as a working student.
You are technically inclined and quickly adapt to new systems.
You work independently, in a structured and proactive manner.
Excellent German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills.
Team player, customer-focused, initiative-taking, reliable and creative.
