About the role
- Project Procurement Manager overseeing supply chain management for supply chain project team at Wood. This hybrid role offers meaningful projects and flexible arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the supervision and guidance of a deployed supply chain project team.
- Responsible for all aspects of supply chain management including materials management, warehousing, expediting, procurement, subcontracts, negotiation and reporting.
- Clear understanding of the client’s head contract requirements including Wood responsibilities and incorporates those into appropriate project supply chain strategies, plans, procedures and terms and conditions.
- Regularly monitors and reports the progress of all project procurement activities.
- Ensures team regularly update reports/systems with required information to allow accurate reporting and escalates any critical issues and risks to project management.
Requirements
- Educated to ISCED Level 6 (Bachelor Degree or Equivalent) CIPS qualified or industry equivalent. Record of skills training appropriate for job specific role.
- Minimum 10 years’ SC experience demonstrating results and progression to a similar position.
