Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing projects aimed at transforming company infrastructure, focusing on merger and acquisitions and divestitures.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, product development, and business stakeholders.
- Developing project plans, including timelines and milestones, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identifying potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in the M&AD technology workstreams/projects.
- Implementing mitigation plans and escalating critical issues to senior management when necessary.
- Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicating project progress, status, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10-15 years-of demonstrated progressive experience in IT Project management with focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity or Backoffice.
- 3+ years’ experience with shared services model.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
