Explores alternatives to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements that gain customers’ acceptance and commitment.

Navigates through multiple systems, sales tools, and processes ensuring accurate documentation when executing customer interactions.
Use WM sales productivity software tools accurately and consistently (i.e. Salesforce.com/Customer Relationship Management and Pricing Tools.)
Manages complex customer demands and addresses escalated customer issues.
Supports existing customers outside of their designated market area when needed.
Conducts and supports peer coaching and training as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
2 years Experience as an WM Account Associate II
