Responsibilities
Ensure the hardware quality of Withings products to deliver the best customer experience to our users.
Support day-to-day development of new products, including participation in specification reviews, risk identification, and production and testing phases in close collaboration with R&D teams (mechanical, electronics, industrialization).
Develop test plans (verification, durability).
Execute tests and write test reports to ensure product performance and durability.
Manage internal beta test phases and actively report identified issues to the project.
Develop and write end-of-line quality control procedures. Monitor results and resolve quality issues to ensure product release and shipment while meeting Quality, Cost and Delivery requirements.
Investigate customer complaints in close collaboration with the Customer Support team and drive projects to implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper application of Quality Management System documentation requirements and applicable standards (ISO 13485, MDR regulation).
Requirements
You are a generalist engineer graduated from a top engineering school with strong skills in mechanical, electronic and production engineering.
You have at least 3 years of significant experience in an industrial environment in development (design, V&V...), laboratory, or manufacturing methods.
You have solid problem-solving skills (logical reasoning and standard problem-solving tools).
With strong analytical and synthesis skills, you can adopt the customer's perspective and are comfortable offering constructive critique to influence decisions.
You are comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders and able to unite teams to persuade and align.
You are organized, rigorous and autonomous, capable of managing multiple projects in parallel on a daily basis.
You are proactive and bring technical proposals and solutions.
You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
