About the role
- AI Insights Tech Lead working on AI platform for insurance companies, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Developing robust, scalable APIs in Python (Django and Fast API).
- Collaborating with other technical stakeholders and leaders to actively work towards the design and implementation of systems.
- Ensuring the reliability and scalability of our AI Insights platform.
- Building ML/AI adjacent systems with AI engineering tooling (RAG, AI workflows, Evals, etc).
- Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as projects develop, adjust and mature.
Requirements
- Experience working across multiple engineering teams to deliver projects.
- Strengths in two areas: backend engineering, data engineering, cloud engineering, frontend engineering.
- Ability to think through problems end to end, including data, infrastructure, research, monitoring and inference considerations.
- A track record of developing high-quality, maintainable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in an independent and team setting.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to a team that aims to make a significant impact in the medical and insurance tech space.
