- Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media creatives, performance marketing ads, website banners, and landing page visuals.
- Translate brand messaging into premium, design-led visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design print-ready assets including posters, brochures, standees, hoardings, and other offline marketing materials.
- Ensure strong adherence to brand guidelines, typography, colour systems, and layout standards.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to execute creative requirements.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design or creative design roles.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to create clean, modern, premium-looking designs.
- Experience working across ATL and BTL creatives.
- Ability to design across formats including digital assets, social media creatives, website banners, landing page visuals, and performance marketing ads.
- Experience creating print-ready files for posters, brochures, standees, hoardings, and other offline marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour systems, and brand guidelines.
- Comfortable adapting designs across multiple sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and collaborate closely with marketing and content teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work.
