Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and brand roadmaps aligned with commercial objectives, market trends and consumer insights.
Own brand positioning, communication platforms, product portfolio lifecycle and innovation prioritisation to maximise brand health and market share.
Design and oversee integrated ATL, BTL and digital campaigns, ensuring trade activation and point-of-sale execution generate measurable uplift in sales and penetration.
Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing, digital and trade marketing professionals, fostering cross-functional collaboration and high performance.
Work closely with Sales and Category teams to build joint business plans, promotional calendars and pricing strategies that drive profitability.
Use consumer, shopper and sales analytics to inform decisions, measure campaign ROI and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Manage marketing budgets, evaluate return on investment and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet commercial targets.
Select and manage creative, media and research agencies, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements, brand guidelines and corporate policies.
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years in marketing roles within FMCG / Gran Consumo, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position managing brands and teams.
Proven track record of driving topline growth, improving market share and delivering measurable ROI from marketing investments.
Strong understanding of shopper marketing, category management, omnichannel activation and digital marketing tools and platforms.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field.
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is desirable.
Fluent English and Spanish. Additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel nationally and regionally as required.
