- Als Senior Systems Engineer bist Du technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Bereich der gängigen Platform- und Datacenter-Services.
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Entwicklung, Implementation und den Betrieb IT-technischer Lösungen.
- Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen ebenfalls die Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten in der Deutschschweiz, die als Managed Services in unsere Betriebsorganisation eingefügt werden, sowie die Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Erarbeitung kundenorientierter Lösungen.
- Dazu gehören IT-Infrastruktur Lösungen und Betriebssoftware-Komponenten, die von Dir unter Einhaltung der geforderten SLAs installiert und umgesetzt werden.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Ausgestaltung unseres Produktportfolios und unserer Services mit und unterstützt den Vertrieb mit Deinem technischen Know-How.
Requirements
- Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrungen mit Virtualisierungsumgebungen (VM/ VMware vSphere/ vSAN), Linux/ Unix Implementationen, Container- und Storage-Umgebungen sowie Backuplösungen (Commvault/ Veeam).
- Vorkenntnisse mit Scripting/ Automatisierung wünschenswert (v.a. PowerShell).
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Kundenorientierung.
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Projektmanagement-Skills.
- Konversationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Regelmäßige Pikettbereitschaft.
