Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation and design of complex system environments in a security-sensitive setting
- Further development and enhancement of existing customer environments
- Support of ongoing operations with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of solutions for our customers
- Proactively develop and implement optimizations for our customers
Requirements
- Completed IT education (e.g., ICT specialist HF/FH, Swiss Federal Certificate)
- Several years of experience and in-depth knowledge in operating Citrix environments
- Proven experience in the design and operation of ADC/Netscaler solutions
- Ideally, solid prior knowledge of Microsoft applications and VDI
- Citrix certifications, Microsoft MCSE certification or equivalent expertise desirable
- ITIL knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and verbal
