Responsibilities
Sales and customer support: Represent the company to authorized dealers and end customers; approach and engage large/key accounts
Market and territory development: Establish and expand new dealer territories and ensure machine sales
Sales planning: Prepare the annual sales plan in collaboration with dealers
Communication: Ensure information flow between dealers and the factory
Competitive monitoring: Ongoing analysis of market trends, technology and pricing
Quotation preparation and support: Prepare offers and support dealers in competitive situations
Sales training and factory visits: Conduct sales trainings and support prospects during factory visits
Financing: Discuss financing and rental/leasing offers
Teamwork and events: Close cooperation with internal teams to develop innovative solutions; participation in trade fairs and events
Requirements
Sales/Key Account experience: Ideally in mechanical engineering or in B2B sales of construction machinery
Strong communication skills: A passionate personality with enthusiasm for high-quality products
Sales strategy: Ability to independently develop sales strategies
Languages: Additional foreign languages are an advantage
MS Office: Confident user of MS Office applications
Willingness to travel: High willingness to travel
