About the role
- Solution Architect working with customers to integrate Wenrix's AI-driven solutions. Collaborating with Operations and Sales teams on deployment and managing long-term projects.
Responsibilities
- Understand the customers' requirements and integrate Wenrix's solutions into their environment
- Assist with the sales cycle and lead all the technical aspects - lead technical pilots, design the architecture and execute the deployment
- Plan and deliver revenue driving solutions in collaboration with Product and R&D
- Manage long-term projects and deliver on time
- Build a strong relationship and be the technical trusted advisor of the customer to help them achieve their business goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of Enterprise B2B experience in a technical client-facing role (sales engineer, consulting, project management)
- Prior experience as full-stack/back-end software developer - Advantage
- Fluent in SQL (Postgres/MySql) – Advantage
- Familiar with AI and Big Data – Advantage
- Speak additional languages at a business conversational level – Advantage
