Responsibilities
- You will own the end-to-end analytics behind client deep dives, ROI assessments, portfolio evaluations, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
- You will lead analytical work that identifies near-term cost savings, program performance gaps, and strategic opportunities within our client’s wellbeing portfolios.
- Your deliverables will include comprehensive portfolio analyses, strategic ROI assessments, cost-savings opportunity models, and monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
- You will be accountable for ensuring every analysis leads to actions that improve wellbeing support and maximize ROI for clients.
- You will use analytics to shape Wellist’s product roadmap and service offerings, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- You will serve as a senior advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring analytics drive strategic action, presenting findings to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, strategy, or population health; employer benefits or healthcare preferred.
- Demonstrated experience producing ROI models, cost-savings analyses, and strategic portfolio recommendations for enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior executives.
- Expertise with analytics tools, including Excel and Sigma; experience integrating multiple data sources (CRMs, ecommerce data) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional storytelling skills—able to craft board-level narratives that connect data to business impact.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience, especially partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams.
- A demonstrated track record of using analytics to drive measurable value and influence organizational strategy.
- A bias toward action, meticulous attention to detail, and a mission-driven mindset.
