Responsibilities
- Define and implement the internal communications strategy.
- Write and publish a variety of content (newsletters, posters, intranet, etc.) while ensuring consistency and message quality.
- Prepare and facilitate information-sharing meetings and briefings.
- Manage thematic campaigns (diversity, inclusion, Digital Week, etc.).
- Provide support for corporate communications and prepare materials for senior leaders and the Adeo group.
- Define and lead the employer branding strategy to showcase the employee experience.
- Manage the LinkedIn page, company pages and sponsored campaigns, while continuously monitoring market best practices.
- Track performance indicators (open rates, web traffic, campaign impact) and employee surveys.
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years’ experience in communications.
- Demonstrates strong agility in the face of changing priorities and can manage tasks independently, even under tight deadlines.
- Creative and versatile, proficient with Adobe Suite, Canva and video editing.
- Produces polished, structured and impactful communications.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2) enabling work in a group/international context.
- Discretion (confidentiality), good listening skills, curiosity and a strong team spirit are key assets.
