Responsibilities
Define and implement the internal communications strategy.
Write and publish a variety of content (newsletters, posters, intranet, etc.) while ensuring consistency and message quality.
Prepare and facilitate information-sharing meetings and briefings.
Manage thematic campaigns (diversity, inclusion, Digital Week, etc.).
Provide support for corporate communications and prepare materials for senior leaders and the Adeo group.
Define and lead the employer branding strategy to showcase the employee experience.
Manage the LinkedIn page, company pages and sponsored campaigns, while continuously monitoring market best practices.
Track performance indicators (open rates, web traffic, campaign impact) and employee surveys.
Requirements
Approximately 5 years’ experience in communications.
Demonstrates strong agility in the face of changing priorities and can manage tasks independently, even under tight deadlines.
Creative and versatile, proficient with Adobe Suite, Canva and video editing.
Produces polished, structured and impactful communications.
Upper-intermediate English (B2) enabling work in a group/international context.
Discretion (confidentiality), good listening skills, curiosity and a strong team spirit are key assets.
