Responsibilities
lead and execute e‑invoicing–related projects end-to-end
act as the primary project coordinator and point of contact for e‑invoicing projects
manage dependencies across Finance, IT, Customer Support, Legal & Compliance, external vendors, and GBS teams
coordinate and drive business requirements gathering from cross‑functional stakeholders
own and manage customer and stakeholder communication
facilitate workshops and working sessions focused on e‑invoicing processes
develop and maintain detailed project plans
represent GBS operational interests in enterprise‑wide e‑invoicing initiatives
coordinate GBS implementation activities
collaborate with internal partners and vendors for regulatory compliance
document and communicate project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices
Requirements
bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
5+ years of experience leading and executing complex, cross‑functional projects
strong project coordination and delivery skills
formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
experienced in gathering, structuring, and managing business requirements
comfortable working in regulatory or compliance‑driven environments
ability to lead initiatives independently
strong stakeholder management skills
affinity with SAP and Finance processes; experience with system integrations or invoicing platforms is highly beneficial
proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
familiarity with collaboration and project‑tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Visio, or similar platforms
excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
