About the role

• Junior Designer creating engaging visual content for tech-focused accounts at We are Social. Collaborating across teams using Adobe tools and translating complex topics into design.

Responsibilities

• What You’ll Do
• Respond to briefs with well-thought-out design concepts using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Design engaging visual content for social platforms, working closely with creative leads.
• Translate complex AI and open-source topics into clean, digestible design assets.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear rationale for your creative decisions.
• Stay organized and proactively ask questions to ensure the highest standard of output.

Requirements

• What Else Are We Looking For?
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (After Effects is a plus, but not required).
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to simplify technical topics visually.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to share ideas and take initiative.
• Full fluency in English - written and verbal, as the account involves complex, technical content.
