About the role
- Senior Consultant for Civil Transport Infrastructure and Mobility at Wavestone. Supporting clients in the development and digitalization of transportation infrastructures across various projects.
Responsibilities

- Begleitung von Betreibern und öffentlichen Auftraggebern bei Ausbau-, Erneuerungs- und Digitalisierungsprogrammen
- (Teil-)Projekte end-to-end führen – von Anforderungs- und Stakeholder-Management über Termin-/Kosten-/Risikosteuerung bis zum Go-Live
- Unterstützung bei Vergabeprozessen und Planungs-/Genehmigungsschritten
- Etablierung von PMO-Strukturen, Reporting und Quality Gates für Multi-Projekt-Setups
- Entwicklung des Beratungsangebots für zivile kritische Verkehrsinfrastrukturen und Digitalisierung von Kommunikations- und Funkinfrastrukturen.
Requirements
- Erfahrung in ziviler Verkehrsinfrastruktur (Schieneninfrastruktur, Straßenbau, ÖPNV)
- Projekt-DNA mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in Projekten/(Teil-)Projektsteuerung/PO/PMO - idealerweise in Netzausbau, Erneuerung, Elektrifizierung oder Verkehrsmanagement
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Mobilfunk- und Funktechnologien von Vorteil (z. B. Bahnfunk, BOS-Funk, WLAN)
- Innovationsfreudig und umsetzungsstark mit klaren Kommunikations-/Präsentationsskills
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Bau-/Verkehrs-/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschafts-/Naturwissenschaften) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
