Responsibilities
Designing, planning, and managing complex IT transformation programs directly with clients
Leveraging subject-matter expertise to enable clients to build their own knowledge base in IT Strategy & CIO/CTO Advisory
Promoting the skills development of Wavestone consultants by sharing expertise and supporting them in project settings
Supporting Wavestone’s business development by identifying opportunities, participating in pre-sales activities (pitches, qualifications, presentations), and contributing to solution proposals
Contributing to capability-building and raising the company’s market profile through publications and topic development aligned with the service portfolio
Receiving close career guidance for accelerated development: client-facing leadership roles, continuous training, and acquisition of relevant certifications
Requirements
Strong interest in consulting and at least three years of experience in IT transformation, ideally within consulting
Solid understanding of one or more of the following areas: IT Strategy & Target Operating Model, Cloud, Digital Architecture, IT Organization, IT Sourcing & IT Service Management
Quick comprehension of clients’ needs and specifics, driven by curiosity
Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong service and excellence orientation
Genuine team player with the presence and drive to lead multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge-sharing with colleagues
Completed university degree and fluency in German and English
