About the role

• Senior Consultant in IT Governance supporting IT organizations' transformation within Wavestone. Focus on governance, operating models, and coaching IT leadership for future challenges.

Responsibilities

• You actively support IT organizations in establishing comprehensive governance.
• You collaboratively develop Target Operating Models with clients for the future operating model of the IT organization.
• You develop concrete target-state visions and roadmaps for digital transformations in alignment with IT teams.
• You design and establish collaboration processes between IT and business departments.
• You are responsible for coaching IT leaders during the transformation of the IT function.

Requirements

• You have a successfully completed university degree.
• You have several years of experience as a project lead in IT organizational development projects, preferably within a consulting environment.
• You have experience supporting IT organizations through change processes.
• You have demonstrable professional experience in establishing IT governance.
• Ideally, you have experience in change management.
• You have business-fluent German and English skills and the necessary willingness to travel as a consultant.
