Responsibilities
- Expand the Insurance International team as a (Senior) Consultant, Finance Transformation in Insurance.
- Work on challenging projects focused on digital finance transformation, insurance processes, and target operating models.
- Design and document efficient processes and target operating models in closing and reporting processes as well as finance and insurance operations.
- Support data analyses and identify relevant source systems for modern interface and data flow architectures.
- Develop and produce business requirements for the technical implementation of complex transformation projects in accounting and controlling.
- Analyze and develop implementation options and coordinate closely with business and IT departments.
- Analyze and visualize the impact of transformation projects on affected business areas and processes.
Requirements
- Experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling.
- Several years of experience in the (re)insurance industry in finance, operations, or data management.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and appreciation for project-based work in international teams.
- Very good English skills and the ability to operate confidently in an international work environment.
