About the role

SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant at Wavestone analyzing and designing service processes. Collaborating with project teams and offering insights on customer service optimizations.

Responsibilities

You analyze, design and document customer service processes in SAP S/4HANA Service
You gather requirements and produce functional specifications
You configure and develop SAP S/4HANA Service (including service/CS order types, partner determination, and pricing)
You perform testing and support project teams during rollouts
You work closely with adjacent processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM)
You support technical topics such as code analysis and basic ABAP debugging
You advise business units on process optimizations and best practices

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a related field (or equivalent)
2–3 years of experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Service Management or alternatively SAP Customer Service
Strong experience with customer service processes and proven skills in requirements analysis
Knowledge of adjacent SAP processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) is a plus
Hands-on experience reading ABAP code and performing basic debugging tasks
Proficient in process documentation and creating clear, traceable specifications
Open, collaborative personality with a fast learning ability
Fluent in German and English and willing to travel
