About the role

• Microsoft Data Architect guiding the implementation of Microsoft Data Architectures for clients in various industries. Leading technical consultations and team coaching with focus on Azure and BI technologies.

Responsibilities

• You define and oversee the implementation of Microsoft data architectures.
• You provide functional, technical and methodological consulting in the data domain.
• You maintain a comprehensive view of the Microsoft architecture for our clients.
• You are well versed in integrating and managing ETL processes based on the Microsoft BI stack.
• You support tender processes and business development activities as a subject-matter expert.
• You actively expand the team's offering portfolio.
• You take on the role of technical coach.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in architecture consulting (BI, DWH, or Microsoft Azure)
• Expertise in implementing Microsoft BI and analytics stacks, e.g., Data Lake Analytics, Azure Stream Analytics, and Power BI
• Ideally, experience integrating Azure cloud solutions into client processes and system landscapes
• Previous experience in sales and business acquisition is an advantage
• Readiness to take on topic and team leadership responsibilities
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, with a pronounced customer- and service-orientation
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
