About the role
- SSIS Data Engineer at iKnowHow Group focusing on data migration projects. Involves data modeling, integration, and using T-SQL/SQL alongside SSIS packages.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of data modeling & data integration concepts
- Good T-SQL/SQL knowledge and working experience are mandatory
- Working experience in MS SQL Server/ Oracle
- Ability to design complex SQL queries in MSSQL
- Working experience in design and development of SSIS packages
- Experience with C# in the context of SSIS
- General understanding/experience in SSIS deployment process
- ETL experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 4+ years of experience in IT post-graduation and data migration projects
- 4+ years of experience in SSIS implementations
- Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on users’ experience
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is considered a plus
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language
- Ability to communicate & cooperate efficiently with remotely located co-workers using collaboration tools (Teams, Slack)
- Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability
- Completion of military obligations if applicable
