Responsibilities
- Lead all real estate matters for ~400 stores.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for store operations leadership and external parties.

- Collaborate daily with internal teams including project management & design, legal, compliance, and operations.
- Partner with Legal and other departments to ensure compliance and support for store-level needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field and 3 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience in property management.
- Experience in commercial real estate management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in interpreting and analyzing legal documents such as leases and contracts.
- Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced portfolio with competing priorities.
