About the role
- Manager of NetSuite Services leading the end-to-end execution of NetSuite implementations. Ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex NetSuite engagements and managing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end NetSuite project execution including planning, design, build, testing, and go-live
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
- Lead NetSuite implementations covering:
- System configuration using SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder
- Functional setup across Financials, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Data migration and integration activities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and facilitate:
- Requirement gathering workshops
- Solution design discussions
- UAT coordination and go-live support
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and data teams to ensure aligned execution
- Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
- Oversee SIT and UAT cycles, data validation, and overall go-live readiness
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards, documentation requirements, and governance frameworks
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle NetSuite implementations
- Strong project management and client-facing experience
- Experience working with US- and Europe-based clients
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant)
- PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
