About the role
- Technical Solutions Consultant responsible for strategic architecture for agency partnerships at Walmart Connect. Focused on technical guidance, client relationships, and advertising product performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic architect for agency partnerships working to accelerate Walmart Connect product adoption.
- Build and grow strong client relationships, maintaining the technical health of Agency partners.
- Scope projects and collaborate across external and internal stakeholders.
- Track progress towards achievement of targets and navigate the relationships between Walmart Connect and our Agency Partners.
- Provide strategic guidance on technical best practices to leverage Walmart Connect advertising solutions.
- Engage with Agency technical leads to collect product feedback and influence the development of new product features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify new testing and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Agency Partner Development Managers to establish business plan objectives.
- Monitor the performance of advertising products and drive activities to improve feature adoption across new product releases.
- Oversee product roadmap sessions and drive prioritization for Walmart Connect features.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
- Option 2: 6 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area and 2 years' experience in enterprise design, implementation, or consulting.
- Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications.
- Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements.
- Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts.
