About the role
- Area Proposal Manager leading proposal strategies within our marketing team at Wade Trim. Managing pursuits for various market segments and fostering client relations with safety in mind.
Responsibilities
- Manage pursuits and lead positioning for pursuits within our four market segments.
- Lead teams in proposal strategy development through blue, pink, red, and gold team reviews.
- Lead discussions on critical issues, team composition/organization, experience, team strengths, and discriminators.
- Lead message development and creative presentation of information.
- Support business development efforts of technical staff in client capture and pursuit planning.
- Foster use of sales process throughout the organization.
- Maintain excellent client relations.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, or Communications
- 10+ years of related experience required
- Experience in A/E/C industry leading positioning or proposal development efforts
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Unanet, OpenAsset, and Joist AI desired
