Responsibilities
Strategic project leadership: You are responsible for internal initiatives from concept to rollout.
Full ownership for operations: You take full responsibility for complex subprojects—whether introducing new tool landscapes, optimizing reporting structures, or automating business workflows.
AI transformation lead: You drive our “AI-first” approach internally. You identify opportunities for artificial intelligence across departments, test solutions, and implement them to make us the most efficient player in the market.
Trend scouting & R&D: You keep an eye on the market. You evaluate the latest technologies and business models, build prototypes for internal use cases, and validate ideas that keep VT Netzwelt technologically at the forefront.
Interface management: You are the link between strategy and execution and ensure that our internal goals are not only defined but measurably achieved.
Requirements
Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, or a comparable field—ideally with initial experience in startups, consulting, or agency environments.
Radical solution orientation: You are a “builder.” Where others see problems, you are already building the first workflow prototype.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You think like a founder. You understand business metrics and have the drive to independently get things done.
Technical affinity: You love digital tools and automations (e.g., no-code, AI agents). Basic coding knowledge is a strong plus to communicate on equal terms with our dev teams.
Strong communication: You speak fluent German and English and can present complex topics precisely to different stakeholders.
Structure & analytics: You love data and clear processes but never lose overview in a dynamic environment.
