About the role

• System Integrator maintaining and developing IT infrastructure with customer interaction. Focused on stability and modern IT solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• You operate and administer our customers' existing IT and data center infrastructure — reliably, in a structured manner and with a focus on stability.
• You take care of Windows server operating systems and Microsoft applications such as Exchange, SQL, file and print services, and much more.
• Whether expansions, upgrades or migrations — you actively contribute to projects.
• With a vigilant approach to our IT, you ensure that outages have no chance.

Requirements

• Vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or comparable experience.
• Solid Microsoft knowledge (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, M365, etc.).
• Willingness to get involved with storage, virtualization, backup or networking — or ideally existing knowledge in these areas.
• Enjoyment of hands‑on problem solving, openness to new approaches and the mindset that mistakes are opportunities to learn.
