- Add/remove/update primary members and dependents in health and dental plans in SAP and provider systems (Bradesco/Unimed/Paraná Clínicas/Santa Casa)
- Add/remove/update transportation voucher (Vale Transporte)/life insurance/private pension/payroll-deductible loans/pharmacy, etc.
- Enter benefit items in SAP for payroll reimbursement according to the payroll schedule
- Audit benefit databases to ensure eligibility and correct deductions
- Respond to service tickets via the official platform to address general benefits inquiries
Requirements
- Currently studying in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Comfortable with high-volume operational routines
- Intermediate Excel
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Experience registering benefits in vendor/provider systems preferred
