About the role

- Build and lead a top-tier game studio of 4–6 developers, artists, and designers
- Own the full game creation process, from idea to full launch
- Define your studio’s roadmap and strategy in collaboration with a dedicated publishing manager
- Create original, high-potential gameplay concepts using data-driven ideation
- Rapidly prototype and iterate to validate game ideas and optimize performance
- Partner with Voodoo’s publishing team to test, refine, and scale the most promising games
- Monitor game KPIs, analyze performance, and implement data-informed improvements
- Manage your studio's resources and budget with efficiency and autonomy
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills
- Proven experience leading game teams and shipping successful mobile titles
- Deep understanding of gameplay, monetization, and user experience
- Highly creative with strong product sense and analytical thinking
- 5+ years of experience in mobile game development (hybrid-casual, casual, or mid-core)
