Responsibilities
Build and improve our website and e-commerce platform using Vue.js, React, Next.js, Symfony/Sylius, and modern tooling.
Work with marketing, design, and product to turn ideas and requirements into solid, practical features.
Take ownership of changes end-to-end - from planning and development to testing, deployment, and follow-up improvements.
Continuously improve performance, reliability, observability, and the overall developer experience across the web stack.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that follows good engineering practices.
Use AI-assisted tools where they actually help - to speed up delivery and keep code quality high.
Help define and improve engineering standards, and contribute to raising the technical bar across the team.
Requirements
Strong experience with PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript (Vue.js, React, Next.js).
Comfortable working with production systems: SQL, Redis, message queues, caching, and performance tuning.
Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms; familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid testing practices (unit, integration, and performance testing).
Able to design simple, scalable solutions and improve existing systems without overcomplicating things.
Strong sense of business impact and ownership; proactive, communicate clearly, and work well across teams.
Keep up with modern tools and approaches and are open to learning new ones.
Fluent in Lithuanian and professionally proficient in English.
