Responsibilities
Participate in a structured rotational program across Sales Planning & Forecasting, Vehicle Allocation & Inventory Management, and Incentive Strategy & Performance Analysis.
Conduct regular market and competitive analysis, summarizing key sales and share trends.
Prepare and present sales performance dashboards to management with actionable insights by model, region, and channel.
Support the alignment of sales initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Finance.
Assist with sales forecasting, using market data to evaluate and predict future volume and demand.
Analyze dealer ordering patterns and market data to support optimal vehicle allocation.
Monitor national inventory levels to identify and mitigate risks of overstock or understock.
Analyze the ROI and sales impact of existing and proposed retail incentive programs.
Requirements
Education in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and regional teams.
Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning.
Specialized Skills: Strong data analysis and visualization skills; familiarity with ERP and CRM systems; understanding of sales forecasting, logistics, and supply chain operations; strategic communication and presentation abilities; project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
