About the role
- Supply Chain Specialist at Teva handling replenishment management and inventory activities. Collaborating across teams for supply chain efficiency and support in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities
- Replenishment management for the internal and external suppliers
- Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, batch and expiry control, and corrective actions
- Identify and escalate potential supply risks, shortages, or delays in a timely manner
- Coordinate invoice posting and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or master data in collaboration with Finance and SSC
- Maintain and validate supply chain master data to ensure system accuracy
- Prepare and support regular supply chain reports (inventory status, OOS, potential OOS, operational KPIs)
- Act as an operational interface between Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and external suppliers
- Ensure compliance with internal supply chain procedures, controls, and documentation standards
- Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Good understanding and experience with supply chain and logistics processes
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English (part of the interview process will be held in English)
- Strong analytical and data handling skills; good Excel proficiency
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
