Responsibilities
- Kontierung und Buchung aller laufenden Geschäftsfälle im Bereich Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Sachkonten
- Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Kontenabstimmung und Stammdatenpflege
- Vorbereitung der UVA und ZM-Meldung sowie Berechnung sonstiger Abgaben und Steuern
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung unserer Prozesse
- Regelmäßige Kontaktpflege mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA Matura) oder erfolgreich abgelegte Buchhalterprüfung
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung von Vorteil
- Ein versierter Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Programmen (MS- Office) wird vorausgesetzt
- SAP-FI Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise , Belastbarkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Soziale Kompetenz und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
