About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with non-retail management and external groups to develop the department’s annual budget
- Provide financial reporting, accruals, forecast, and budget requirements to support multiple department managers
- Prepare annual development and training sessions on expense management requirements
- Review and approve department invoices using Service Channel
- Distribute weekly and monthly expense and capital expenditure reports
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) regulations and assist with tax audits
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Construction Finance, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle, Tririga, SAP S/4HANA, and Fiori
- Strong critical thinking skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to various levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience building cross-functional relationships and leading end-to-end processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Background in financial analysis and process improvement leveraging data and research (Preferred)
- Experience with Ariba, Power BI, and Smartsheet (Preferred)
