About the role

• Telecom Analyst ensuring billing accuracy and inventory management for Azul Brazilian Airlines. Collaborating with telecom operators and handling mobile service requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the processes of receiving, validating and routing Telecom invoices for payment;
• Manage physical and logical inventory;
• Perform the allocation (cost allocation) process of all Telecom expenses to predefined cost centers according to established criteria;
• Communicate with telecom operators to resolve billing issues and negotiate deadlines;
• Handle service desk requests related to Mobile Telephony services, such as: request activation or cancellation of services, request activation, blocking and suspension of lines, request new lines and/or devices, request line cancellations, Mureg process (change of DDD/area code), transfer of ownership, etc.;
• Ensure delivery of lines and devices and maintain control and update of inventory;
• Audit Telecom invoices through a regular process to identify possible billing errors. Dispute and recover amounts paid incorrectly and/or ensure correct payment of expenses;
• Manage the Telecom inventory (mobile lines, fixed lines and iPads/Tablets) in detail, maintaining the processes and means necessary to manage the resources.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telecom;
• Proven experience in: inventory management, invoice auditing and dispute, and operational relationship and negotiations with telecom operators;
• Experience with TEM systems (Telecom Expense Management);
• Proficiency with ERP tools and financial systems;
• Experience in administrative activities, preferably in accounts payable/receivable or telecom departments;
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Intermediate/Advanced);
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
