About the role
- AI Business Analyst driving scalable conversational AI experiences across Vodafone Markets, ensuring product alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Owner to define and refine product requirements aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Support the full AI product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Vodafone Markets, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Analyse and document business processes, user journeys, and system interactions to inform product decisions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.
- Evaluate and articulate the business value of proposed features and enhancements.
- Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritisation activities in collaboration with the development squad.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or AI-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of AI product development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in conversational AI.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to assess and communicate the value and impact of product features.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
- Technical qualifications: Strong data analysis skills, background in AI/NLP/conversational technologies, familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; specialisation in HCI, Linguistics, Information Sciences, or Social Sciences preferred.
