About the role

Responsibilities
- Become a trusted Security partner for business, IT, and Network teams
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for relevant security projects and activities
- Continuous cooperation with involved business, IT & Network departments throughout the duration of the projects
- Participate in innovative initiatives
- Coordinates and work closely with different project teams to ensure security controls and procedures are understood and successfully implemented
- Assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and procedures and identifies potential opportunities for process improvements
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on projects
- Conducting and executing security reviews
- Defining and evaluating project proposals following a Secure-by-Design approach
- Designs and implements Group Cyber strategy
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
- Deep understanding of the latest cybersecurity technologies, practices, and frameworks
- Focused on the timely delivery of results
- Team player with a broader Cybersecurity community
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST frameworks
- Knowledge of IT systems and architectures, with a strong grasp of cloud security, network security, and data security solutions
- High-level analytical skills to assess security systems, foresee potential vulnerabilities, and devise strategies to mitigate risks
- Understanding of networking protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is must, Czech is an advantage)
