Responsibilities
Business growth: Expansion and strategic development of the consulting business (team and client growth).
People leadership: Technical and personnel leadership of the consulting team, including coaching, onboarding and professional development.
Delivery leadership: Ensuring the quality and reliability of client engagements (engagement and project management).
Customer strategy: Building, maintaining and developing strategic client relationships and strengthening the follow-up rate.
Advisory services in information security governance, risk management and compliance for large and medium-sized enterprises in Switzerland and neighboring countries.
Requirements
Successfully completed technical or business education, preferably a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science.
At least 2 years of leadership experience (team management) and experience leading large project teams.
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or in the areas of information security, risk and compliance.
Strong knowledge of information security and risk management.
Practical experience with international standards/frameworks (e.g., ISO 2700x, NIST CSF).
Relevant certifications/diplomas (e.g., ISO, ISACA or similar) are desirable.
Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (especially data protection, as well as IT security and risk management; Switzerland-relevant).
Good knowledge of IT governance.
Confident presence with strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Willingness to travel to clients in Switzerland and neighboring countries.
