Responsibilities
- Business growth: Expansion and strategic development of the consulting business (team and client growth).

Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or business education, preferably a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience (team management) and experience leading large project teams.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or in the areas of information security, risk and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of information security and risk management.
- Practical experience with international standards/frameworks (e.g., ISO 2700x, NIST CSF).
- Relevant certifications/diplomas (e.g., ISO, ISACA or similar) are desirable.
- Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (especially data protection, as well as IT security and risk management; Switzerland-relevant).
- Good knowledge of IT governance.
- Confident presence with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to travel to clients in Switzerland and neighboring countries.
