About the role

Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights to support operational management
- Lead and drive the project
- Coordinate teams globally and facilitate interactions among stakeholders
- Gather and formalize requirements, always in coordination with other stakeholders, particularly the Front Office
- Organize necessary working groups (with Middle Office, Back Office, IT, Front Office, Risk and Finance)
- Ensure validation of functional specifications
- Define the testing and deployment strategy
- Prepare and organize testing phases (writing functional test cases) with teams and assist end users during testing
- Monitor adherence to schedule and deliverable quality
- Draft and ensure updates of project tracking documents, functional test documentation and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, leading steering committees, project committees, etc.
- Strong knowledge of the banking environment (Corporate & Investment Banking - CIB) and financial products
- Proficiency in Middle Office and Back Office business processes for market activities
- Good knowledge of SWIFT messages, cash management activities, correspondent banking, liquidity management, cash and FX operations, etc.
- Fluent English required
