Consultant responsible for building high-quality Telecom solutions working with the commercial team. Located in Londrina or Maringá, Brazil, focusing on client engagement and project management.
Responsibilities
Gather technical and financial requirements together with the commercial team and clients;
Design viable technical solutions and define the best scenarios to be proposed;
Define service scope and SLAs;
Assess and optimize costs, perform pricing, and prepare technical-commercial proposals;
Present and defend the solution, emphasizing differentiators and the value proposition;
Monitor and control the progress of projects during the pre-sales phase;
Support the commercial team in client meetings (in-person or virtual);
Support the implementation of sold projects, ensuring alignment with the solution designed for the company's environmental management.
Requirements
Preferred experience working in technical areas with IT (systems integrator products) and/or Telecom (carrier/operator products);
Preferred solid experience working in Pre-Sales and/or Solution Architecture involving IT and Telecom;
Preferred degree in Telecommunications/Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Technology or related fields;
Basic English and/or Spanish preferred;
Preferred to hold vendor certifications in network, security and infrastructure solutions;
Advanced Excel skills.
