About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly volume and distribution targets and overall market KPIs through effective route planning and targeted visits across the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Province of Luxembourg (Belgium).
  • Manage regional distribution and sales of NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well by actively collaborating with retail customers.
  • Regularly collect and grow weekly orders from assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with customers to assess their needs, manage stock levels, grow sales through upselling and cross-selling, promote samples and trials, and maintain promotion visibility.
  • Actively prospect and open new retail accounts to expand our brands' presence in your territory.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and provide timely, relevant insights to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in sales or account management within FMCG, supermarket retail or convenience retail.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be fluent in French with a good level of professional English.
  • Team-oriented, with strong commercial acumen, a practical, solution-focused attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
