Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders, UX designers, and agile development teams to shape, refine, and deliver high-quality software products and features.
- Translate business needs into clearly defined, deliverable requirements, supporting design and estimation activities.
- Collaborate with UX designers to produce high-level designs and prototypes that support requirement refinement, validation, and estimation.
- Actively participate in an agile development team, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery activities.
- Take ownership of specific components and functional areas within the platform product.
- Manage and maintain product requirements and user stories in Azure DevOps.
- Support planning, prioritization and refinement activities to ensure work is ready for development.
Requirements
- 2-5 years professional experience in a similar role / environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- Experience working in or alongside agile software development teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across product, design, and engineering disciplines
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to take responsibility and learn quickly in a complex domain
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must have the necessary authorisation to work in the Republic of Ireland.
