About the role
- Marketing & Communications Specialist responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on digital communications and events. Joining Axians to enhance marketing strategies in the ICT sector.
Responsibilities
- Du planst und steuerst eigenverantwortlich crossmediale Marketingmaßnahmen – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
- Du konzipierst und koordinierst Online-Kampagnen (z. B. auf LinkedIn & der Unternehmenswebseite), Newsletter und unterstützt in der internen und externen Kommunikation.
- Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement (Vor- und Nachbereitung, Planung, Umsetzung) für interne sowie externe Events und Messen – auch bereichsübergreifend mit mehreren Stakeholder:innen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Agenturen und Dienstleistern zusammen und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Partner.
- Du erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen, redigierst Fachbeiträge und bringst kreative Impulse in unsere Marketingstrategie ein.
- Aktuelle Technologiethemen rund um Digitalisierung, Innovation und Künstliche Intelligenz hast Du im Blick und setzt dazu Impulse in unterschiedlichen Formaten.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation o. ä. oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Onlinekampagnen und Event bzw. Messe
- Gutes Gespür für Layouts und visuelles Storytelling sowie sicheres sowie zielgruppengerechtes Texten
- Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint, Word, Excel sowie Kenntnisse mit CMS (z. B. WordPress)
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, proaktive und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent, Projektmanagementskills, Motivation, über den Tellerrand zu blicken
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
